Brittles of NGO

NGO (Non governmental organizations) is an association of persons with non profit charity , this do not represent any type of government .These NGO's focuses on helping out people , they play crucial role in the well being of mankind to become stronger enough to fight against the evil cause . Generally they work for animal rights , environmental issues , women empowerment , etc . NGO's are also against the government  abuse and corruption , they point out what crimes government do especially in authoritarian states also in countries where the democracy don't work very well.  

A NGO is different from CBO (community based organisation) . A CBO focus strictly on community based activities. It works on local level but an NGO focuses over anything in world which helps in ending the world hunger. 

An NGO is different frm IGO ( Intergovernmental organization) . An IGO is controlled by government. It is composed by countries or states under international law , they poses legal personality . But NGO's are setup by individuals or associations. NGO's can report, recommend and advice but it has no legal authority to act .

NGO'S doesn't come under UN (The United Nations ) . UN is Intergovernmental organization which is responsible for maintaining internation  peace , security and maintaining friendly relation between the nations and harmonizing  the action of nations. 

SHG (Self help group) is a part of activity which NGO runs but all the NGO's doesn't add SHG in their activity list. SHG groups are mostly formed by a group of women for the purpose of women empowerment and socio economic empowerment. 

The idea of a fresher joining an NGO is an amazing decision aswell. Joining an NGO helps you to develop your patience, care , management skills, communication, program design, managing finance, gain experience and fills lots of fun . This will get you close to the grassroots of the society . Working in NGO's also gives days of high stress and disagreements . It's not that there are no obstacles but what makes it fulfilling is having a chance to overcome new kinds of obstacles. Here stress is due to the money which will not be consistent and the search of help.

You can either form a NGO for any legal purpose or you can also join existing NGO to serve the society. 

It's your life you have the rights to choose whether you want to live for yourself or you want to live for other people. It is a great feeling of accomplishment as you know your work is helping others ! this really satisfies your own will.✌
